I had the privilege of working with Donna Littlepage for almost thirty years. We co-led the value-based care efforts to keep patients well and to lower costs of care. I was always amazed by Donna’s incredible experience and knowledge, but especially by her caring approach. She cared deeply about us working toward the best outcomes for all of our patients. Her consistency and integrity enabled all of her coworkers to trust her. She certainly has my trust and my vote.

I have had the privilege of knowing Donna Littlepage for nearly 30 years while we were both employed at Carilion Clinic, and worked side by side with her for nearly 2 decades implementing innovative healthcare delivery processes to better serve Medicaid, Medicare and underinsured patients in our community.
Donna is an incredibly bright, innovative, devoted and community focused individual who is always looking for better ways of doing things when the standard approach isn't achieving desired goals and outcomes.
In addition to being well connected locally, statewide and nationally, Donna brings vast experience from high level finance positions and understands insurance company management, healthcare delivery and industries that regularly interface with healthcare systems (pharma, regulatory agencies) all with a community service focus.
I resoundingly endorse Donna Littlepage for the 40th district as state delegate.

Co-Founder, Roanoke Women’s Foundation
Former two-term member, State Board of Health
Kandy Elliott
I have had the pleasure of knowing Donna Littlepage for years. We served together on the Board of Family Service of Roanoke Valley where I witnessed her finesse in helping the organization as the Chair of Programs/Advocacy, her calm and professional handling of the finances of the Roanoke Women’s Foundation as our Finance Chair, and her leadership role in forming and overseeing a new non-profit (The Twelve Foundation) that has partnered to open a new home for women with high risk pregnancies who struggle with substance abuse, the Grove on Patterson.
Donna is whip smart, even keeled, and is always looking for ways to build consensus for the greater good in the roles she plays. I know these qualities will serve her well as a member of the House of Delegates, serving the 40th District. I wholeheartedly endorse Donna for the 40th House seat and encourage others to lend their support as well.

I have had the pleasure of working with Donna on nonprofit boards and professional projects in our community. Donna’s thoughtful leadership and careful attention to important details give her the ability to transform a vision into actionable, measurable goals. Donna’s willingness to listen respectfully to all opinions and explore real-world options consistently support a positive, solution-focused discussion. Her keen financial expertise is rivalled only by her commitment to issues that impact individuals and our community – personal freedom, healthcare access, public education and building bridges among diverse viewpoints, backgrounds and experiences. Donna’s long professional career and depth of volunteer service, particularly in the health and human services sector, make her the right person at the right time for the right role – Virginia
Delegate in the 40th District.

Professor of Family Medicine, Founding Dean Emerita, Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine
Cynda Ann Johnson, MD, MBA
As the founding dean of the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, I worked closely with Donna for
10 years. Starting a medical school is no easy undertaking, but the result exceeded all expectations—a high end, super competitive, research- oriented medical school educating physician thought leaders of the future. We achieved that result with the hard work and skill of many people and Donna, who
served as founding CFO of the medical school, was a leader among them. Along with her expertise in developing thoughtful, fiscally responsible budgets, she was a skillful negotiator, helping to bring the many invested parties to consensus. With her guidance, we kept our eye on the prize: full accreditation by the LCME, the premiere acceding body for medical schools, with no delays in the process. Donna instilled confidence into the accrediting body that “we could do what we said we could do.” We could create the school within the budget we presented. And we did that: full accreditation with no delays AND no citations! Donna will bring those same skills to the Virginia House of Delegates.
Look at Donna’s website, littlepage4va.com, where she clearly describes her vision for Virginia. I like what she says. I am a female family physician, who has focused her career on maternal-child health. With a practice that spanned over three decades, I can tell you unequivocally, reproductive freedom is essential to women’s reproductive health. Donna will
fight to preserve those rights in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Fiscal responsibility, women’s reproductive rights, community leadership and so much more—that’s Donna. I am supporting Donna Littlepage for Virginia Delegate in the 40th District
and you should too!
